Delivery times are calculated in working dates, i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive but excluding bank holidays. If you order after 3.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. When your goods are dispatched we will send you an email advising that we have sent your order and confirming the method of shipment used.

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Goldring. If you wish to return an item for exchange or refund email us using the above email address. To qualify for a full refund the goods must be returned to us in re-saleable condition, we recommend that you pack the goods in adequate outer protective packaging suitable for transit. Return the product in good condition with all original packaging and complete with all manuals, cables and accessories.
We reserve the right to deduct a handling fee from the refund amount for goods not returned in a re-saleable state. Any handling fee will be communicated to you - alternatively we can return the goods to you. Goods such as earphones or headphones which have been worn cannot be returned except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Faulty goods reported within 28 days of receipt and returned to us complete will receive either a replacement or full refund. Faulty goods reported after 28 days of receipt but within the product warranty period will be repaired or replaced.
If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order then you are entitled to return the goods to us for a full refund on condition that the goods are returned to us complete in original, undamaged packaging.
